1. We will do our best to send your preferred colour but cannot guarantee availability.

2. For same day delivery orders must be received by 5pm the day before. We cannot guarantee same day delivery for orders received after this deadline. If you miss this deadline please contact us directly and we will do our best to fill your order. Orders for 13th and 14th Feb must be received in advance.

3. Special delivery instructions is provided for information such as how to best access the property and instruction on where to leave the flowers when no-one is home. We cannot provide any time deliveries at Valentine's, nor provide any delivery status updates. For more information please read our terms and conditions.
